This was the PERFECT activity for my eager 4th and 5th graders for the last week of school. After doing a few other escape rooms, my kids were addicted and are always begging for one more. This final escape room before the year was over was a reward that they could earn when the last week started getting challenging to manage. Imagine that - a reward where kids have to THINK! The theme was perfect and the kids were able to complete this independently, which gave me some time to pass things out and do other end-of-year tasks in the background. It was a win-win situation for all.

I am an ELD teacher. At a conference I was introduced to escape room adventures. I decided to try it with my kids. At fist they weren't sure because I was asking them to work together, think it through, discuss with their group of 3 to solve the puzzles. We did this every week for the year. I had 19 of my kids score a 4 on the state ELPAC test, and 81 out of 114 students increased their reading lexile. I'm hooked on this collaborative experience in getting my kids to read, talk, and think through these virtual escape rooms. I have purchased almost all of the escapes and will continue to add any new ones to my lessons! Thank you Karly!!!!

The virtual escape rooms created by Karly Moura are amazing! I teach 4th grade so they are motivated by the challenges! Some escape rooms are easier, which teaches them how to do them. Then, there are more challenging ones that students are excited to do! Not only are the escape rooms fun, the students learn many different skills quickly! This is because they are excited by the challenge and are motivated to "escape." There are a range of topics to also do! I love the themed escape rooms!

What would a boy want for his 10th Birthday? An Escape Room!!! Luckily Karly was there to help. Thank you so much, Karly for making my son’s 10th Birthday such an amazing experience. My son and his friends had a blast and the boys would not stop talking about it for a week after the party. It was so easy to understand and follow and it was fun, challenging and kept the boys engaged and challenged from the beginning to the end. Some of their parents have asked me how did I come up with such an amazing idea and I told them about Karly and her escape rooms. I would 100% recommend this for anyone who is looking to have fun, celebrate a birthday or just have some fun team activities to do. You will absolutely LOVE IT.

I have enjoyed every escape room Karly Moura has created. They are engaging, have helpful hints if you need it, and push you to make your brain sweat. I have experienced them from the lens of a participant, facilitator, creator, and trainer. Each task brought a new layer of learning and understanding as I continue to center inclusion and representation in each experiences.
